No hazmat, no removals, no perishable items that require refrigeration or specific temperature.
IN ORDER TO KEEP FLOW OF INVENTORY MOVING, All items must be listed on spreadsheet before we receive product.
All items that are damaged, have issues or are unclaimed will be destroyed after 30 days if Highline Packaging is not advised on what to do with the inventory. We are set up for fast turn around.
If there are mislabeled products sent back to us, we will send pictures of mislabeled items. We will do our best in correcting the issue.
We do not insure your product - that is the responsibility of the owner of inventory.
We reserve the right to retain inventory for unpaid invoices.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
We will not disclose or use any supplier information to any outside, third-party.
We do not currently fill FBM orders.
Highline Packaging reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change prices to its services. Highline Packaging shall give notice to client, by email or text, of any price change.
All products we receive will be subject to a handling fee, regardless if returned or disposed of.
